Practical resilience training for high pressure teams

Burnout prevention.
Sustainable performance.

Steady helps people recognise stress earlier, self-regulate under pressure and build ways of working that can last.

The problem

Organisations are facing rising levels of pressure. Burnout doesn't have to be the price.

Too many employees are coping instead of thriving. Stress becomes normal, recovery gets harder, and performance starts costing more than it should.

The solution

Burnout isn't simply a workload problem. It's a self-regulation problem.

Sustained demand becomes harder to carry when people lose touch with the bodily signals that help them adapt, recover and reset. Steady works with the bodily experience of stress as well as the psychological response – while recognising that workplace culture is the key to maintaining this resilience.

FAQ

A little less unknown.

Steady is designed to feel accessible in a professional environment — not like people have accidentally walked into a yoga studio or a therapy group.

What is embodiment and bodily awareness training? +

It is training that combines body-based stress regulation, awareness, gentle movement, breathwork, discussion and psychoeducation. The aim is to help people recognise stress sooner, respond more skilfully and apply what they learn in everyday work.

Is Steady therapy? +

Steady is designed as workplace resilience training rather than individual psychotherapy. Oscar's psychotherapeutic background informs the approach, while sessions focus on practical self-regulation, awareness and workplace application.

Do participants need movement or yoga experience? +

No. The approach uses gentle movement and is designed to be accessible and inclusive. The work is about noticing and expanding awareness, to strengthen resources. Not physical performance.

Can sessions be online as well as in person? +

Settle can be delivered online or in person. Longer programmes are shaped around the needs and working patterns of each organisation. But remember, we build our packages bespoke to your needs, we adapt to best support you, this can be established through conversation.

Does Steady work with individuals or workplace culture? +

Both. We help individuals recognise their own stress signals and build practical ways to regulate under pressure, while also looking at the team and cultural conditions that shape whether sustainable ways of working are possible. Shorter engagements tend to focus more on individual tools; longer programmes create more space for leadership, communication and culture-level work.

Can programmes be tailored to our team? +

Yes. Sessions are designed around the needs of each client, with the balance between individual regulation and culture-level work increasing as engagements become deeper and longer.
